Apply HT Shifting

Following document need to be submitted for registering high tension(i.e 11 KV and above) shifting request

• Request letter for shifting along with valid reason
• Valid Identification proof
  • Electrical Voting Card
  • Passport
  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Aadhar Card
• Copy of Electricity Bill (with visible CA number).
• Site photographs.
• Ownership proof or letter of intended.
• The drawing of existing and proposed electrical services that need to be shifted.
• Cancelled Cheque /Online RTGS details.
• PAN card copy with preferable mail ID.
• GST (If you not holding GST please submit declaration).

• Request letter for Electrification mentioning the purpose of electrification (i.e Domestic/Industrial/Commercial) along with valid Identification proof

  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Aadhar Card
• Copy of Electricity Bill (with visible CA number) / nearby pole no.
• Layout drawing including plots details with size and earmarked ESS (i.e. Electrical Sub-station) space / location on layout.
• Valid ownership proof along with sanctioned layout / building plan.
• Cancelled Cheque /RTGS details.
• PAN card copy with preferable mail ID.
• GST.(If you not have GST please to provide the declaration)
